Scarf and Scarfette Crochet Collection Finished

Finally finished! I got my even dozen crochet scarf and scarfette patterns (one's actually a chunky edging pattern) collected into one ebook.
Whew! The neat thing about scarves is that they CALL to you1! They comfort you and coddle you, they make you feel cared for. By extension, when you make one for someone, you are offering them that same feeling. What a sweet gift! A bonus is that they're always an accent piece, a spot of your fave colors. Wow.

It's why I love them, and why I'm currently taken with scarfettes, really lariats...you can see the swirly rosettes in the cover pic. Oh, so much fun. Super unique. High contrast, which is a must for crochet jewelry.

Pure happiness! Thanks for looking, and show me what you're designing! Here are my various patterns on Amazon's Kindle Store, including this new one....when you see my patterns as Kindle documents, they're smaller in format and they're unable to be printed out, so I sell them more cheaply than the larger printable versions on my Etsy Crochet pattern store .

Here's the collection on Etsy, it's $12.90; when I get it on the Kindle Store in a day or two, it will cost a bit less (because it's a bit smaller in format and not printable)...I'll make sure to link to it.

Blessings, Susan

Rosettes and Hearts in Crochet

I'm crazily working on these scarfettes, totally obsessed! Here is a collection of them on Etsy I love making a tiny motif puffy and stout! The rosettes edged in black are so floppy and swirly I love them.

I've also been working more in cotton and even cotton thread for summer, but I'm wanting to avoid old fusty ideas and tiny tiny crochet hooks. We need that like a poke in the eye with a sharp stick (or crochet hook), right? So thread with big hooks is what I'm thinking....

It's hard to know what to crochet when summer comes, so I switch to appliques and tiny things, purses and flowers. Show me what you've been working on and have a super day!

More and More Crochet Collections on Amazon!

That monolithic Amazon is indeed taking up my time and effort! Is that selling out? It doesn't feel like it, because it is amazing that ebook authors can have so much control, so much ability to reach people interested in their work. Would love to hear your opinions. Unless you're a book publisher who's mad about Amazon, ha! The cover you see above is to an upcoming collection of mine, a portion of my big Treasury which is currently on etsy .

One of my little patterns, the tiny dimensional birds, is free on Amazon I think, to people who have Amazon prime. And I believe several of my whole Amazon Crochet Collection are free to borrow for a limited time (for 90 days after they are published. So grab em! And do give your feedback, I need it!

Can't wait to show you my new scarfettes and a lariat for your neck that will knock your socks off!! I just have to work out a button closure or something.

Incidentally, if you're interested in looking at my collections on etsy or Amazon, the Etsy versions are larger in format and are printable. For that reason, they are a few dollars more than their counterparts on Amazon Kindle. I feel that the fact that the Kindle ebooks are smaller, with smaller photos and no ability to print out, justifies a 20 to 30% discount.

Have a super day and may God bless you in all of your efforts and loves!
